Standards

Nordprix exists to help Canadian shoppers spend less without being misled. These are the standards we hold ourselves to.

A person looks at every deal

No deal is published without an editor opening the offer, confirming it is live and writing the notes. We do not automate our judgement.

The retailer’s evidence, not ours

When we say a price is good, we point to the retailer’s own label or stated offer terms. We do not invent “was” prices or savings figures.

Time limits stated

Where the retailer states an end time, we show it; when an offer ends, the page says so. We do not leave dead deals standing to collect clicks.

Commissions do not steer us

We earn commissions from some links and say so on every page that carries them. A deal that pays nothing is judged exactly like one that pays. Retailers do not see or approve our text.

Our own words and the retailer’s images

All text is ours. Product images come from the retailer’s own systems under its programme terms.

Corrections

We correct mistakes on the page and say what changed. Write to deals@nordprix.com.
